We are in unprecedented times and the situation is very complex. As a company we are making some changes in order to protect both our actors and schools. We are asking schools to consider reducing the size of the audiences, maybe have the show for just one or two year groups rather than the whole school. We will also not be costuming the children to protect them from cross contamination.

Actors are instructed to have no physical contact with the children or staff and where possible have a metre gap between the front of the stage area and the first line of the audience.

Each school will be given the option of the standard format or that of a basic show which will consist of teaching of the songs and a show with no children as actors.

As the government has not officially closed schools we currently have to uphold our cancellation policy which states “If the school cancels the performance (including unexpected OfSted inspections or any other unexpected school closure) we will do our utmost to re-schedule the performance to a different date. Should there not be any availability or the school wishes not to re-schedule then full payment will still be required”. Rescheduling must be within current tour dates and when local to the area, unfortunately we cannot accept booking for next year as rescheduling. We advise schools to speak to their LEA and insurance companies to recoup the cost of any losses.

We will be constantly reviewing the situation and if anything changes we will update our website homepage.
